In Lisbon’s Belém district, Palacio do Governador occupies the former residence of the governors of the Tower of Belém, arranged around courtyards and archaeological remains. Rooms combine blue-and-white tile references, timber ceilings and contemporary furniture, with selected categories opening towards terraces. The spa includes indoor and outdoor pools, hammam and treatment areas, while the restaurant and bar extend into the gardens. White walls, red tiled roofs and shaded colonnades give the property a composed, low-rise presence close to the Tagus and Belém’s principal monuments.
