Cottonwoods, lavender fields and working farmland surround Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. The property grew from a 1930s estate designed in part by architect John Gaw Meem, whose Territorial Revival architecture remains visible across the hacienda, courtyards and garden walls. Rooms occupy the historic buildings, former dairy structures and newer field rooms, many incorporating fireplaces, carved timber and views towards the grounds. Campo draws heavily on ingredients from the farm, while Hacienda Spa, a swimming pool and extensive gardens broaden the stay. Irrigation channels, fields and lavender rows continue beyond the formal courtyards.
