Thick stone walls, irregular historic forms and whitewashed interiors shape the rooms, suites and villas, with selected categories adding private pools. Food is closely tied to Puglia: produce comes from the estate’s organic farm and is used across several dining settings, including those connected with the property’s beach clubs.
