A medieval palace in Palma’s old town forms the setting for Nobis Hotel Palma, where traces of Islamic architecture, later Gothic interventions and contemporary Nordic design sit together. Rooms and suites use plaster, timber and natural fabrics, with original stonework and irregular proportions retained where possible; two courtyards organise the public spaces, leading to Noi restaurant, a lounge and a secluded garden. A rooftop bar looks towards La Seu Cathedral, while the small spa occupies vaulted rooms below; carved arches, fragments of calligraphy and centuries-old masonry remain visible throughout the building.
