A 1950s hideaway above the Sea of Cortez, One&Only Palmilla retains the whitewashed arches, tiled roofs and hillside chapel that established its distinctive Los Cabos character. Rooms, suites and villas open to terraces facing the water, with Mexican craft, warm stone and deep blue accents carried through the interiors. Hoshi, SEARED and Agua provide contrasting dining rooms, while the spa and one of the region’s rare swimmable beaches support a slower rhythm. Gardens descend past fountains and palms towards the protected cove below the original estate.
