On Santorini’s quieter northern coast, San Antonio is carved into the volcanic cliffs between Imerovigli and Oia, facing the caldera and open Aegean. Whitewashed suites use curved cave-like walls, pale fabrics and private terraces, with selected categories adding outdoor hot tubs. A long infinity pool follows the cliff edge, while the restaurant and spa occupy sheltered terraces and rock-cut spaces. Stone steps and narrow pathways descend through the property, leaving the dark volcanic escarpment, blue water and distant islands as the defining elements of the setting.
