Facing Seville Cathedral on Avenida de la Constitución, Serras Sevilla is planned within two adjoining historic buildings reworked around a central Andalusian patio. The 43 rooms and suites will combine preserved architectural detail with contemporary interiors, while selected accommodation opens to balconies above the old city. Fismuler Sevilla, a patio restaurant and a rooftop terrace are intended to form the principal social spaces, with cathedral and Giralda views from the upper levels. The project is scheduled to open in September 2026, placing its entrances between the cathedral precinct and Seville’s tram-lined avenue.
