In Chacras de Coria, Susana Balbo Winemaker’s House places seven highly individual Spa Suites around a stately residence and private gardens. Glass walls, volcanic stone and planted screening give the accommodation a contemporary character, with wellness facilities integrated directly into each suite; selected categories add their own sauna and steam room. Wine is woven through the house via curated fridges, tastings and a dedicated cellar rather than treated only as an excursion beyond the property. The restaurant centres on open-fire cooking and local ingredients, while the pool, terrace and lounge preserve the intimate residential scale.
