Rooms combine velvet, patterned fabrics, dark timber and bespoke illustrations, with selected categories opening to balconies above the rooftops. Mercer Roof Terrace looks towards St Paul’s and the city skyline, while Vintry Kitchen and the intimate DND bar provide contrasting settings below. The contemporary brick façade sits comfortably among narrow streets, churches and livery halls, with references to trade and craftsmanship carried through the interiors rather than treated as literal decoration.
