Behind a severe concrete façade in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, VOLGA creates an inward-looking world around a dramatic multi-storey atrium. The fifty rooms and suites use dark timber, textured stone, bespoke furniture and private balconies, with architecture by JSa framing views across the central void. Elora occupies the ground floor, while a rooftop pool and bar sit above the planted terraces; music continues below in an intimate underground listening space. Contemporary artworks, perforated screens and changing light animate the brutalist structure, one block from Paseo de la Reforma.
