A powder-blue glass façade makes Warren Street Hotel immediately recognisable on its Tribeca block, but the interiors are even more expressive. Kit Kemp has designed all 69 rooms and suites individually, using bespoke furniture, patterned textiles, original art and large windows that take advantage of downtown light. Warren Street Bar and Restaurant occupies the ground floor. The Orangery provides a brighter, garden-facing alternative for dining and drinks. The building is contemporary in construction but intimate in scale. Tribeca’s cobbled streets and independent restaurants spread out from Warren Street, with the Hudson River only a short walk west.
