At the edge of Bouillabaisse Beach, Cheval Blanc St-Tropez is an intimate Maison of 32 rooms and suites overlooking the bay and pine-covered shore. Jean-Michel Wilmotte’s interiors use maritime blues, pale woods and crisp white detailing, with terraces facing either the Mediterranean or the gardens. Arnaud Donckele leads the three-MICHELIN-starred La Vague d’Or, while La Terrasse serves beneath the pines and the bar opens beside the pool. A Guerlain spa, private beach and indoor-outdoor fitness spaces complete the waterfront setting. The low white façade sits directly above the sand, a short distance from the old port.
