Rosewood Sao Paulo brings a bold cultural and architectural presence to the Cidade Matarazzo complex, combining restored early twentieth century buildings with a striking contemporary tower. The hotel's interiors feature Brazilian artists, layered textures and a strong sense of urban creativity, while its restaurants, bars and wellness spaces make it a destination in its own right. The original Matarazzo hospital buildings remain standing alongside the new tower, their early twentieth century brickwork preserved throughout the restoration. Gardens designed by Burle Marx's studio run between the historic and contemporary structures across the site.
