The Singular Patagonia occupies the former Puerto Bories cold-storage plant on Last Hope Sound, five minutes by road from Puerto Natales. Brickwork, industrial machinery and original architectural details remain throughout the National Monument, while 57 rooms and suites use oversized windows to face the fjord and mountains. The restaurant and bar focus on Patagonian produce, including lamb, king crab and austral hake. A waterfront spa adds an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna and treatment rooms, and the former factory provides substantial space for private events. Guided outings reach Torres del Paine, local estancias, fjords and glaciers; an in-house heritage tour explains how the complex once supported the region’s sheep-farming industry.
