Fouquet’s New York occupies a Tribeca address on Greenwich Street but looks deliberately to Paris for much of its visual language. Martin Brudnizki designed the 97 rooms and suites with pastel tones, patterned fabrics, lacquered furniture and Art Deco references, giving the hotel a richly layered interior. Brasserie Fouquet’s provides the principal dining room, joined by Élysée’s and the intimate Titsou bar. Spa Diane Barrière includes treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam facilities, alongside a DOGPOUND gym. The Hudson River is only a few blocks away; SoHo and Tribeca’s restaurants can both be reached easily on foot.
